Dark but Bland. Not all bad however but there are many finer examples of this style of dark beer.

Nearly black in colour, this has a fruity aroma with a malty sweet taste. Quite enjoyed this pint which was brewed for St Patricks day.

Mid brown and served in top condition. A well balanced beer that had a fair bitter taste with a touch of sweetness that seemed to take off the edge. Starts sharp in the mouth turning mellow at the finish. Good quaffing beer.

Pale golden bitter with a floral aroma and a sweet citrus tatse. This was labelled on the pump clip, that it was "a brew your own beer winners prize". Apparently brewed by a Pipe Fitter as a winners prize. Sampled at Black Bull, Penwortham, Preston. Quite good and easy drinking with a refreshing tatse.

Excellent tasty beer. Tangy with a lasting, dry bitterness.
